Microchipping

  • Lost animals are the number-one cause of pet deaths
  • 10 million pets are lost every year
  • Without a microchip, 90 percent of lost pets will NEVER return home

Home Again has reunited nearly 500,000 lost dogs and cats with their families.

Our doctors recommend all our patients be implanted with a Home Again microchip. Collars and identification may be easily removed, but microchips are a permanent form of identification. Owners of microchipped pets have more resources available when a pet is lost. The chip is implanted under the skin and can be scanned by all local veterinarians and humane societies.
